... we travelled through Jamaica. We had a wonderful time, meeting different people, with a different kind of living...lovely children, who stole my heart...we climb the Dunn's river falls, made a walk through Bob Marley's house and we had a closer look at a school, which I very loved...















and one of the beautiful pics we made on our journey I used for the new Dutch Dare... make something itsy, bitsy... a LO, minialbum or a little project...and it has to be one color combination...

carnaval op school en op de peuterspeelzaal

Afspraak, dinsdag 13 februari 11.00 uur... Ik ben er helemaal klaar voor, alhoewel... Ik had vorige week een proefles meegedraaid en die was, moet ik eerlijk bekennen, me een beetje tegengevallen.

Met nog iemand, toevallig ook een Nicole, schuiven we aan en een klein intake gesprek volgt.

Lengte; 1.75...1.75
Gewicht; oeps...goed, er zijn al heel wat kilootjes af, maar ik wil er toch nog 10 kwijt, mijn naamgenoot gaat op de weegschaal staan..."52" zegt ze... 52!!! Met schoenen aan...
Je begrijpt het al, buiten onze naam en lengte, is er echt geen andere overeenkomst...

Op de fiets, de crosstrainer, loopband...en dan de nodige "apparaten" voor armen, schouders en buik, 1,5 uur verder is de conclusie dat mijn gehele conditie redelijk is, waar ik zelf toch wel trots op ben, maar, er is een maar...mijn buikspieren, het lijkt werkelijk of ik geen buikspieren meer heb.

Vanaf deze week ben ik minimaal 2x per week op de sportschool te vinden, voor het opbouwen van een goede conditie, op weg naar een gezond gewicht en voor het vinden van mijn buikspieren...
